Now Renting!

The Garden Court Apartments may have enjoyed a dark checkered past as it was built with rum and whiskey money during the prohibition era. The Garden Court Apartments has seen it all – gangsters, rum runners, flappers and confidence men, returning WWII servicemen, war brides’, psychedelia and even the disco era.  We are not ashamed of our history, but we are truly, excited about writing a new chapter at The Garden Courts.  The new Garden Courts Story starts with new ownership, management and an old vision – return this prohibition era gem to its former vibrancy.

Come see our bright contemporary take on Urban Living.  We have onsite management, new appliances, renovated suites that are spotless, safe and comfortable – if not just a little bit cheeky.  And, while we have no documented proof that Al Capone actually visited the warm clubby lobby on his way to one of Windsor’s notorious watering holes, he sure could have. That same warm “roaring twenties” feel is back at the Garden Court – just without the chance of a mob hit. It is still a great place to live, love, play and meet your guests before drinks downtown.

Conveniently located just outside the downtown, steps away from Hotel Du Grace, dining on Erie Street, and public transit the newly renovated Garden Court Apartments is accepting applications for tenancy for those ready to write their own urban experience in Windsor.
